Machining procedure,
1. Material cutting (man-hand or Auto-cutting), our inspector will check it.
2. Surface rough milling through Milling machines, our inspector will check it.
3. Surface precise milling by CNC center.
4. Drilling the holes (not thread) and channel and chamfer and so on, our inspector will check it.
5. Threading through High Precise Boring Machine, our inspector will check it.
6. Then do welding under customer's requirement and ways.
7. Do final precise milling at CNC center
8. If it needs finishing, eg. paint, we will do it, and we will first check the paint and the finishing quality.
